Tell us about yourself?

I am a licensed chiropractor, medical acupuncture practitioner, and muscle release therapist. Prior to completing my Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, I received my Bachelor of Social Work degree from Ryerson University, where I discovered my passion for empowering others and enhancing their overall well-being. My mission is to create a positive impact on people’s lives by helping them become healthier and better versions of themselves.

In my free time, you can find me playing badminton at the local racquet club, looking through cookbooks for the best recipes, or taking my dog Charlie out for a walk around the neighbourhood.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

I enjoy meeting and serving people from all walks of life, whether you’re a high-level athlete experiencing a sports-related injury, a working professional who’s suffering from bodily aches and pain from the office, or just someone who wants to become healthier by improving their mobility and function. I strive to help my patients alleviate their physical complaints, so they can focus more on what’s important to them in their daily lives.

What are the top 3 treatments that you specialize in?

I specialize in spine and joint manual therapy, medical acupuncture, and muscle release therapy. In conjunction with all treatments, patients will be given a tailored rehabilitation program to facilitate recovery and to prevent future injuries from occurring.

What are you proud of in your practice?

I feel the most fulfilled when I help my patients get better and seeing how my work has made a profound impact in their lives. It is important for me to help my patients realize that they don’t have to live with discomfort and pain.

Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?

I pride myself in providing patient-centred care for my patients. This involves creating a treatment program that is individually tailored towards my patients’ needs, preferences, and values. My foundation as a registered social worker allows me to understand my patients’ challenges through a holistic perspective by recognizing not only physical obstacles, but also emotional and psychological hurdles. This integrative viewpoint enables me to better help my patients achieve optimal health and a higher quality of life.
