Nexus Massage & Rehab is a place where everyone is welcome. We strive to provide an inclusive and welcoming environment, to support our customers, our team and focus on patient-centered care.

By using our products or services ("Services"), you are agreeing to the following terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services.

Your session time begins when your therapist brings you to your therapy room and will work with you until your allotted time is complete. If you arrive late the session is still complete on the original agreed upon session time.

If you miss a scheduled appointment, a fee of 50% of the scheduled session will be applied on your next visit.

We understand that people are busy and unexpected things happen. If you need to cancel your session, you can do so 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time with no additional fees.

If you must cancel your session with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% of the scheduled session will be applied on your next visit.

From time to time, Nexus Massage & Rehab may offer various promotions, discounts or referral programs. Any promotional value is viewed as an in-store credit that cannot be redeemed as cash and cannot be combined with any other offers. A maximum of $20 in account credit can be applied per visit.

Our promotions, discounts or referral program terms are subject to change without notice.

The following terms of use apply to any type of Gift Card or Gift Certificate, whether issued in electronic, plastic or any other format (collectively, "Gift Card(s)").

1) Redemption. Gift Cards are redeemable only for Services which are offered by Nexus Massage & Rehab at the time of use. Gift Cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards are not redeemable to purchase another Gift Card, or towards previously purchased goods or services.

2) Expiration/Deactivation.

1. Gift Cards do not expire. No fees or service fees apply. Nexus Massage & Rehab reserves the right to refuse to honour any Gift Card in the event of a disputed credit card charge or invalid payment.

2. Gift Cards or Gift Certificates which are issued for promotional use, customer incentive or loyalty program (collectively known as "Promotional Cards") may contain expiration dates at the discretion of Nexus Massage & Rehab. Please refer to the terms of the specific Promotional Card.

3) Purchase. Insurance benefits cannot be used to purchase any Gift Cards.

4) Reloadable. Gift Cards and Promotional Cards cannot be reloaded with value.

5) Lost, Stolen or Damaged Cards. Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards or Promotional Cards will not be replaced.

6) Transferability. Gift Cards may be given as gifts. Promotional Cards are non-transferable.

7) No Refunds. No refunds are permitted for purchases of Gift Cards.

8) Postage Fee. Physical gift cards can be mailed or picked up in store. Please note that there will be a $2.00 postage fee for gift cards to be mailed. Delivery of gift cards will arrive between 5-10 business days.

9) Changes. Gift Card terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
