Tell us about yourself?

I am a licensed chiropractor that received my Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College. Prior to this, I received a Bachelor’s with Specialized Honours in Kinesiology. I have always been curious about the intricacies and complexities of human mechanics. As a former amateur athlete and dancer, I know the importance of proper technique when doing specialized movements. Chiropractic is an avenue whereby I can share this passion with others while caring for patients.

I am trained in spinal manipulation, soft tissue therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) and rehabilitation. My treatment plans are catered to each individual based on their goals.

If I am not in clinic, you can find me playing basketball or exploring the city for scenery and food. As an avid movie watcher, I am also open to your suggestions.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

I have a particular interest in treating patient’s that have specific physical goals. Chronic pain and previous injuries may prevent us from doing the things we love to do. Through patient education, I look to re-introduce our physical capabilities while taking the proper steps to reach their destination. Being part of their journey gives me the most fulfillment.

What are the top 3 treatments that you specialize in?

The top 3 treatments that I specialize in include spinal manipulative therapy, manual soft tissue mobilization and rehabilitative exercise.

What are you proud of in your practice?

The proudest moments in practice is when patients feel empowered. I love hearing how small changes in their environment or adding a new routine can make a major impact in their quality of life. As a health facilitator, I love being an adjunct to my patient’s long term well-being.

Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?

During my time in America, I had the opportunity to work in a Veteran Affair’s hospital at Buffalo, New York. There, I was exposed to a diverse population and conditions. Some of which suffered from chronic disease. These experiences provide me the advantage in the variety of care I can give my patients. In addition, I believe active listening is one of the most important aspects of patient care. We will work together towards your goals.
