Tell us about yourself?

My decision to pursue a career in massage therapy was sparked by my interest in Olympic weightlifting. My years spent weightlifting pushed me to further educate myself on the human body, biomechanics and injury prevention. I studied and graduated from the Sutherland-Chan school of Massage Therapy and I am passionate about sharing what I’ve learned so far to help my patients.

While I am not treating, I enjoy spending my time snowboarding, camping, hiking, playing tennis and indulging in my obsession with specialty coffee.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

I enjoy treating patients with sports- related performance goals and injury rehabilitation. It’s very fulfilling to take part in helping my patients excel and continue to perform in doing what they love most.

What are the top 3 treatments that you specialize in?

Trigger point release, joint mobilization, and neurofunctional acupuncture.

What are you proud of in your practice?

I am proud of how much I’ve learned through my journey of helping others achieve their functional goals and that I continually strive to expand on my knowledge and skill set.

Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?

I take time to understand my patients goals and what it takes to achieve them. I am well equipped to handle a variety of treatment cases, and I always aim to educate my patients on how to better themselves through self- care and exercise.
