We are currently offering Virtual Telehealth Sessions with our Physiotherapists.

These sessions can support you to continue your health journey in the comfort of your home and help decrease stress during these challenging times.

Telehealth is the use of technology to provide real-time remote access to healthcare. Nexus Massage & Rehab utilizes Zoom platform to provide Telehealth services in the comfort of your home.

Virtual Telehealth Appointments

During virtual Telehealth appointments, your practitioner will be following up with you on your progress from your existing treatment plan and may recommend necessary self-care routines and exercises, advance your exercise progression and/or guide you through your exercises.

Your practitioner may also provide you with additional home care to help increase your recovery.

* Please note that Telehealth sessions has its limitations in physical assessment and testing.

Virtual Consultations are 15 minutes long and are video-based.

How Does it Work?

1  Book your virtual appointments with your practitioner on our website.

2  Your appointment request will be screened for eligibility for Telehealth appointments.

3  If your Telehealth appointment is confirmed, you will be emailed a link to join a secured video call with your practitioner.

4  Once you click the link, it will open up a screen where you can see your practitioner face to face and start your session.

5  All you need to get started is internet, computer / laptop or phone that has a working camera!

At this time, not all of Nexus Massage & Rehab practitioners are offering telehealth services.

Physiotherapy Service: If your practitioner who you normally see is not available, you can book in to see another physiotherapist.

If you have specific questions for your practitioner, please email your practitioner about any specific concerns or issues.
Massage services are not available on Telehealth as it is difficult to offer this type of treatment virtually.
You can book your virtual appointments online through our website.
We accept credit card payments and e-transfers. An invoice will be sent to you via email for credit card payment collection. If you are unable to pay with credit card, you can pay with e-transfer.
Not all insurance providers currently accept Telehealth billings. We can only offer direct billing to insurance providers who do accept Telehealth. Please call your insurance provider to confirm your coverage prior to making an appointment.
You should setup in a well lit and quiet room. You will need internet, a computer / laptop, or a phone that has a working camera. If you are doing exercises, you may need some open space, a yoga mat, and exercise equipment (depending on your current treatment plan).
