Nexus Massage & Rehab is a multi-disciplinary clinic that specializes in massage therapy, chiropractic, physiotherapy, acupuncture, osteopathy and has a multi-purpose studio for dance and fitness. The clinic was started by two charismatic female practitioners, a Chiropractor and Registered Massage Therapist whom are both passionate about delivering a holistic health experience to the community.
We are conveniently located a 2 min walk from the Eglinton subway station. Our clinic is seeking Physiotherapists who fit well with the Nexus team of driven, self-motivated, dynamic, passionate, friendly and outgoing practitioners. We are focused on providing excellent patient care and we inspire practitioners to reach both their personal and professional goals.
We work as a team and bring out the best in all our practitioners by providing guidance on areas such as:
Building a strong client base
In-depth knowledge of health care treatments and modalities
Improving skills and techniques from complementary professionals
One-on-One coaching on technical skills
Business and marketing initiatives to grow your own client base

Responsibilities:

Perform clinical assessments, set goals and provide treatment plans for clients, initiate appropriate treatment intervention based on clinical assessment

Provide on-going evaluation of client progress

Participate in community & promotional events to represent the clinic

Maintain a strong working relationship with other practitioners in the clinic with the goal of providing the patients with a multi-disciplinary approach

Complete and maintain and accurate medical records, and SOAP notes

Maintain clean treatment rooms and common use areas
-
Present a professional manner and appearance at all times
Requirements:

Good standing with your respective college
-
Professional liability insurance

Availability to work evening/weekend shifts

Fluency in English, with strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Extensive knowledge in clinical treatments and assessments

Ability to build and maintain a strong relationship with patients

Motivated and driven to learn, succeed and to build a loyal client base
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent time management and organizational skills
