Tell us about yourself?

I was a semi-conductor engineer in Taiwan, and decided to change my career to massage in the health industry because I had experienced great results in my own health and wellness. I wanted to be able to help others improve their health and now I am dedicating my career to helping others relieve their stress and pain. I also have my yoga teaching certificate and was teaching yoga until I had a leg injury, however, I like to incorporate yoga stretching and techniques in my treatment with my patients.

I enjoy travelling and exploring new countries. It is my stress relief. I also enjoy reading, studying and dancing ballroom and salsa.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

I enjoy treating people with headaches and migraines, chronic back, neck, shoulder tension and people with sciatica symptoms.

As someone who has treated numerous individuals with these types of cases, I take pride in my ability to alleviate their suffering and help them recover. There's no greater satisfaction than witnessing my patients find relief from their pain.

What are the top 3 treatments that you specialize in?

Deep tissue, tuina, yoga stretch

Deep tissue massage is the best way to help relax the muscle fibre, tuina is a type of Chinese massage where it focusses on acupressure points which helps with pain relief and increase blood and lymph circulation. Yoga stretch helps increase joint range of motion and the flexibility of muscle fibres.

What are you proud of in your practice?

My proudest moments as a healthcare provider come from the satisfaction of seeing my patients recover from their pain and regain their quality of life. As someone who values open communication and active listening, I strive to build a trusting relationship with my patients, which helps me understand their needs and create personalized treatment plans.

My yoga teaching background enables me to take a holistic approach to treatments, focusing on the mind-body connection and interplay between bodily systems. I empower patients to take an active role in their health by creating personalized treatment plans and providing long-term tools for well-being.
