Tell us about yourself?
I grew up as a competitive soccer player that experienced various injuries which led me to seeing a physiotherapist to help me with my injuries and eventually return to play. This had inspired me to pursue a career as a physiotherapist. Since then, I have been passionate about my field and the care I provide to patients. I have a strong and genuine interest in providing high quality patient care.
I achieved my Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University, following my completion of an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University. I am a Registered Physiotherapist within the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, and I am a member of the Canadian and Ontario Physiotherapy Associations. I am also certified in Acupuncture and Dry Needling.
My belief about health is always promoting activity and engaging in healthy lifestyle habits. I want to ensure that patients are fully informed and advised about their health with how they can take an active approach to maintain and improve their health and fitness.
Outside of practice, I love to go hiking, cycling, and lift weights. I am fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?
I enjoy treating a variety of cases that had led patients to seek out help from a physiotherapist. I have an extensive knowledge base to treat many conditions, and I always ensure the care I provide is professional and courteous.
I am also experienced in concussion management with treating neck and shoulder pain, low back pain and hip pain. I always ensure patients have full mobility, strength, and balance to carry on their daily activities, exercises, and sports.
What are the top 3 treatments that you specialize in?
I am interested in pelvic floor rehabilitation and I am trained in managing and treating urgency, incontinence, pelvic pain, and pelvic organ prolapse. I want individuals to be able to perform daily activities with no concerns.
Aside from pelvic health physiotherapy, I specialize in educating patients to ensure they are fully informed about their health and body, manual therapy, and exercise prescription.

What are you proud of in your practice?
I am proud of my ability to share and utilize my knowledge and experienced manual therapy skills to enhance patient outcomes. I want to see that my patients are motivated and determined to reach their goals.
Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?
I am diligent in the services I provide to you as a physiotherapist to enhance patient care.
